Refund/Cancellation Policy
Half of the total amount for an event, tour, ghost hunt is required at booking and is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment must be paid one week prior to your event. When you purchase a ticket for an event, tour, ghost hunt you are reserving a spot for that specific date and time, just as you do when purchasing a concert ticket.  Due to this, we do not offer any type of refunds on event, tour, or ghost hunt. 

Shipping/Fulfillment/Delivery Policy
When purchasing tickets for an event/tour/ghost hunt, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 Hours of the purchase to the customer, informing them of a summary pertaining to their purchase, including but not limited to, quantity of tickets purchased, date/time of event, location of the event, contact information, special event requirements, and recommendations for the event they plan to attend.
