Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Half of the total amount for an event, tour, ghost hunt is required at booking and is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment must be paid one week prior to your event. When you purchase a ticket for an event, tour, ghost hunt you are reserving a spot for that specific date and time, just as you do when purchasing a concert ticket.
Due to this, we do not offer any type of refunds on event, tour, or ghost hunt.
